It is a matter of considerable pride as we have completed Fourteen meaningful years in Print Media and it’s time to look up to new horizons. Karnataka Police, the Police News Journal made big strides through impartial and people friendly approach. The overwhelming response has given us much impetus to look forward with cheer and hope.
On this 15 Anniversary occasion we have stepped up our efforts to maintain the quality and content of the Magazine. At the same time looking up to a new horizon, we are soon launching our new unit, an Electronic Media, that enhances our reach and gives much space for experimentation as for as content is concerned.
Our new venture titled NATIONAL POLICE TV – DIGITAL is probably the first of its kind, as it caters exclusively to the developments and service rendered by the Police personnel. So also, it shall be interactive in the sense that the programs shall be interactive through the participation of luminaries from different fields to enlighten the general public about the laws and its implementation.
The NATIONAL POLICE TV – DIGITAL will have a rich entertainment content interspersed with news flashes and bulletins at regular intervals. The Media intends to come out with many novel programs which surely will benefit the general public. In doing so the officials from the Police department, both at the higher cadre and the general staff will come in handy to enlighten the public about the services they render and the mutual understanding that is required, thereof. It may not be improper to claim that the NATIONAL POLICE TV – DIGITAL would be the first of its kind in the country, as it aims to present an overall view of the Police service as a whole and the general public. We are aware that our aims are high and the hurdles many. However, it would not be much of a problem, as we are aware that many like minded personalities are with us and will guide us to reach the New Horozon.
